1. Remove used PVC rolls and dialysis paper rolls in reverse order of the installation procedure and collect them in the waste bin.
2. Unscrew the ball nut on the indentation cover and place it on the operating table. Unscrew the module fixing screws, remove the lettering, wipe it clean with 95% ethanol solution, place it in the storage box, and store it in the designated cabinet. Reinstall the indentation cover onto the blister packaging machine in reverse order of disassembly.
3. Use a brush to collect debris and other waste scattered on the machine surface and in the waste hopper into the waste bin; wipe the machine surface with a clean, damp cloth.
4. Depending on the level of contamination: 1-2 times per month, use a wire brush to scrub the upper and lower heating plates of the forming heating plate and heat-sealing heating plate.
5. For areas with special oil stains, wipe with detergent, then remove detergent residue with a clean, damp cloth.
6. Quickly dry with a clean cloth.
7. After cleaning, fill out the cleaning record and have QA check the cleaning results. Once confirmed as satisfactory, sign and affix a "Cleaned" status label.
8. Cleaning effect evaluation: The equipment surface is clean and free of dust, residual oil, dirt, and any residue from previous production.
9. Cleaning tools should be cleaned and dried in the cleaning room according to the cleaning tool cleaning procedure and stored in the designated location.
