It eliminates the bubble cover deformation caused by thermal radiation when staying, facilitates the cleaning of the mesh plate, and plays a buffer role of overpressure, which is beneficial to prolong the service life of the machine.
Upper and lower mesh heat sealing: that is, both sides are dotted mesh (line sealing can also be carried out), due to equal stress, so that the plate is more smooth, while improving the sealing performance.
PVC finished or broken will be alarm and stop automatically, convenient for operators to replace, renew the PVC in time.
All parts in contact with drugs, including the hopper, are made of rusted steel and non-toxic materials, in accordance with the requirements of GMP.
The equipment adopts cantilever design, with safety and door protection front teeth.
Mold installation and adjustment: Use lath-type guide rail, gear and rack adjustment mode, and have positioner and ruler to judge the adjustment position.
Molding device, heat sealing device, indentation device, batch number device and cutting device all adopt the mode of mold change with guide push handle locking, to ensure fast mold change and folding without using wrench and other tools.
