Note that different parts require different types of lubricating oil; for example, use dedicated gear oil for the gearbox and lithium-based grease for bearings to prevent wear caused by using the wrong oil.

Simultaneously check the sensitivity of the photoelectric sensor to avoid packaging errors caused by detection malfunctions.

 

Precise parameter settings are crucial. Packaging parameters vary significantly depending on the material. Adjust the filling rate and packaging speed according to particle size and weight. If packaging weight deviations occur, first check for wear on the metering device before adjusting the parameters.
