The forming film of the high-speed blister packaging machine is softened by a flat-plate heating device. Compressed air is then used in the flat-plate forming device to blow-form the softened film into blister packs. The filling device fills the blister packs with the packaged goods, and then the blister packs are sent to a flat-plate sealing device. Under suitable temperature and pressure, the covering film and the forming film are sealed together. A printing and embossing device then prints the batch number and crease lines. Finally, a punching device cuts the blister packs into product panels of the specified dimensions.

During the heat-sealing process of the high-speed blister packaging machine, the PVC tape and aluminum foil are heat-sealed by parallel roller-shaped heat-sealing rollers and anilox rollers under specific temperature and pressure through an interlocking rolling motion. The contact between the heat-sealing rollers and the anilox rollers is linear, requiring relatively low pressure.

In the heat-sealing process of fully automatic high-speed packing boxes for flat-pack aluminum-plastic blister packaging, the PVC tape and aluminum foil are heat-sealed on the same plane under certain temperature and pressure by parallel flat heat-sealing plates and textured plates. The contact between the heat-sealing plate and the textured plate is a surface contact, requiring relatively high pressure. Regardless of whether it is roller-type or flat-type heat-sealing, unclear heat-sealing texture or uneven texture depth may occur.
