This equipment is equipped with an inverted bottle washing and blowing machine according to customer requirements. It is equipped with a complete set of features such as a dedicated water tank and a washing pump for empty bottle cleaning. After cleaning with hydrogen peroxide or disinfectant, the cleaning solution can be returned to the circulating water tank, which can achieve multiple uses of disinfectant and reduce usage costs. After the bottle washing is completed, configure a bottle mouth and use air pressure to blow dry the empty bottle to achieve sterile filling requirements.
This equipment is designed with 4 filling heads and 1 sealing machine according to customer requirements. Four filling heads are used to control the filling of customers' cans. One sealing machine is used for sealing cans and bottle shapes.
