The Fully Automatic Liquid Filling Machine is an inline piston filling system designed for continuous, volumetric filling of liquid products into glass, plastic, and ceramic bottles. The machine combines automatic bottle conveying, bottle detection, volumetric piston filling, liquid-level control and anti-drip filling in one production unit. Filling parameters are adjusted through the PLC-controlled touchscreen, while the conveyor and filling systems operate synchronously for stable production.

Filling Principle

The machine uses a piston-cylinder mechanism to measure a preset volume during each filling cycle. Product is drawn into the piston chamber and discharged through the filling nozzle into the positioned bottle.

A liquid-level sensor automatically controls product feeding. The filling speed can be configured with a fast initial stage and slower finishing stage, helping control splashing and improve filling stability.

A vacuum-assisted mechanical anti-drip valve reduces leakage and product stringing at the end of the filling cycle.

Liquid Compatibility

The piston filling system is suitable for a broad range of low- to medium-viscosity liquids and selected higher-viscosity products, including:

Bottle Handling & Feeding

Bottles are transferred through an inline conveyor and positioned beneath the filling heads before dosing. Bottle detection prevents filling when a container is missing.

The machine can accommodate different bottle shapes and specifications through adjustment of the conveying and positioning system, reducing the need for frequent mechanical changes.

Cleaning & Sanitation

The stainless steel machine structure is designed for routine cleaning and product-contact components can be disassembled for inspection and sanitation.

CIP is a separate system/configuration rather than an automatic assumption for every machine; industrial CIP systems control cleaning time, temperature, flow and detergent concentration to achieve repeatable cleaning results.

The filler can be integrated with:
Bottle Unscrambler → Conveyor → Liquid Filling Machine → Capper → Labeling Machine → Inspection / Packing

1. Can the filling volume be changed by the operator?

Yes. Filling parameters can be adjusted through the HMI for different production requirements. For production involving several SKUs, the required filling parameters can be defined during commissioning and documented as standard operating settings.

2. Can the machine be tested with our actual product and bottles?

Yes. Product and bottle testing can be arranged before shipment when samples are available. The test should verify filling accuracy, bottle handling, nozzle performance, and achievable production speed under the specified operating conditions.

3. What utilities and site conditions are required for installation?

The customer's plant should provide stable power, clean compressed air, sufficient operating space, and suitable upstream/downstream conveyor interfaces.

4. Is installation and commissioning included?

Remote installation guidance and commissioning support can be provided. For overseas projects requiring on-site service, installation and commissioning can be quoted separately, with travel, accommodation, and service costs confirmed before order placement.

5. What spare parts should be purchased with the machine?

For continuous production, we recommend keeping commonly replaced sealing components, gaskets, pneumatic components, sensors, and other product-specific wear parts as operational spares. A recommended spare-parts list can be supplied with the machine based on the final configuration.

6. What is the typical delivery time after order confirmation?

The standard production lead time is 30–45 days after receipt of the agreed deposit and technical confirmation, subject to machine configuration and order schedule.

7. What payment methods are available?

Standard payment methods include T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union.

8. What warranty is provided for the filling machine?

The machine is covered by a one-year warranty starting from completion of commissioning. The warranty covers manufacturing and component defects under normal operation; wearing parts, damage caused by improper operation, and consumables are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
